Supporting senior leaders

I do this in three main ways

Coaching - Most commonly I support public sector senior leaders who are swamped by their jobs so they can thrive in life, but I also work with clients from the private and voluntary sectors. In addition I help middle leaders to become senior leaders, and the latter to become CEOs. My coaching programmes support senior leaders when they get their promotions with obstacles to overcome along the way. Where are you on your journey from Frantic to Fulfilled?
Speaking - beyond topics related to my coaching programmes I explain Generation Z to Generation X (and often Boomers and Millennials too). In this I identify the key challenges for leaders and organisations, and also the actions designed to ensure future prosperity.
Teams - working IN a team is not the same as working AS a team and yet they are often treated as if they are the same. I help teams move from the former to the latter, and generate huge shifts in productivity and outcomes.
