AT THE BEGINNING

You will complete a questionnaire and some personality profiling exercises. 

If your programme is paid for by your organisation I will ensure their expectations are met and that protocols around communication and confidentiality are clear.


GOAL SETTING SESSION

We will spend two hours 

  • reviewing your responses

  • exploring your challenges and ambitions

  • setting initial goals as part of your roadmap to success

ONE-TO-ONE COACHING

A series of 60 minute one-to-one sessions follows. 

The frequency and pattern of sessions varies, and is controlled by you, within approximately 6 to 10 months.

Support continues beyond the sessions as you will have access by email or short calls as required.


EVALUATION

Your goals and progress will be reviewed throughout. At the end we will reflect on all the sessions and ensure you are ready to progress beyond the programme.

Sessions will normally take place electronically, although depending on location it may be possible for some to be in person.

FOLLOW UP

Six months down the line we will check in and look at your progress since the evaluation session.
