May 2025 Reflections
Client after client has been telling me about how frantic their time has been in recent months.
For those organisations where the tax year is a huge milestone in terms of budgets, staffing and planning it was ever thus.
For those who work in schools a truncated half-term (following a late Easter) has led to an often overwhelming sense of compression which no leader has enjoyed.
And for everyone else the glorious weather has often served as a catalyst for some to spring (pun intended) into action, without always considering whether they have the resources to achieve all their plans.
Confession - although a big part of my work is helping others form their own robust conclusions, I am not always so good at following my own advice!
I have been
speaking across the country talking about multigenerational workplaces and all things Gen Z talent related.
getting my book to the next stage, signing off on the cover and typesetting (exciting!), plus learning a little about the world of book marketing.
blinking into the daylight with the news that I am a finalist at the Speaker Awards. Even if you’ve seen this already here it is again 🙂
